Stream iPlayer

Stream iPlayer gives you an Internet Explorer toolbar button to stream a BBC iPlayer video in Windows Media Player or Windows Media Center, particularly useful if your machine struggles to play fullscreen video in Flash.

To use it, simply navigate to the programme you want to watch and click the button. It will only work with those programmes that are available with the option to download for Windows Media Player.

Installation

Click the download button to download the installer!

This program is designed to run on Windows 7, although it may also work on Windows Vista.

It is also necessary to have the Visual C++ Runtime 2010 installed as well as the .NET Framework 3.5 Client Profile or above. These may already be installed.

Version: 1.0.1

Disclaimer: Stream iPlayer does in no way circumvent the DRM put in place by the BBC. It simply opens the Windows Media Video version of the video directly in Windows Media Center/Player.

Change Log

Version 1.0.1 is a minor release to handle a change in download type by the BBC.
